At least one hour before serving, place the entire contents of the nacho cheese can into a slow cooker and set on medium heat. When cheese reaches desired temperatire, set the slow cooker to LOW or KEEP WARM setting.
15 minutes before serving, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally to break up the beef. Stir in the taco seasoning mix and water. Cook the mixture for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, place a portion of chips onto each plate.
Top each plate of chips with a generous serving of nacho cheese.
Top with seasoned meat, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, green onions and jalapenos, as desired. Enjoy!
